A. Washing and peeling;

D. Blanching
- Hot water 70 – 90 C deg. process to stabilize the color and texture
6. Blanching machine with steam.
E. Drying - Remove the water from the product
7. Conveyor with fans.
F. Partial frying - Frying in oil 170 – 180 C deg.
- Gives taste and crust to the product .
8. Electric fryer.
G. Quick freezing
- Freezing tunnel – 35 C deg. to – 40 C deg.
